Advanced Lithium Battery Manufacturing Facility

Our facility is equipped with modern lithium battery production lines and advanced testing equipment, allowing us to maintain consistent quality and high efficiency across every stage of manufacturing.

The production process begins with incoming quality inspection of all raw materials and key components. Each batch is carefully tested to ensure stability, uniformity, and compliance with production standards before entering the production floor.

During cell production, electrodes are coated, dried, and cut with precise control. Cells are then assembled through stacking or winding methods, followed by electrolyte filling and sealing under carefully controlled environmental conditions.

Once assembled, all cells undergo formation and aging to stabilize electrochemical performance. Each cell is tested for voltage, capacity, and internal resistance to guarantee reliability and uniformity before moving to battery pack assembly.

In the battery pack assembly process, cells are connected according to design specifications, integrated with the Battery Management System (BMS) or Protection Circuit Module (PCM), and secured through spot welding, insulation, and structural encapsulation.

Completed battery packs then go through comprehensive quality checks and performance testing, including charge/discharge cycles, capacity verification, and safety evaluations, before being approved for packaging and shipment.

Our production lines support a wide range of lithium battery applications, including consumer electronics, industrial equipment, medical devices, robotics, telecommunications, and energy storage systems.
